WinDigital is reputable and consistently lowest price. I got my 7T from them without a hassle.

But of course your cart has to be $800 and above. Need to spend abit more than $648. In the end i add a couple more items to make it roughly $800.

this was also the time (I believe it was around Deepavali) where you could get the 7T 256GB @ $599

If you can wait for it to reappear again and hopefully the sellers still allow you to apply the voucher, then wait for the durian to drop

Searched around seems like price is ~830 for 7t pro and ~640 for 7t after the discounts
