Can I check if the speakers are stereo? If you cover the speaker holes at the bottom, any sound coming out from the top as well?

Yup stereo.
Sounds coming out quite good too. I thunk as good as iphone one

Yes they are. Mine are quite shadowy right at the edges of the curved screen. But it doesn't bother me too much.
