aiyoh good to know this

im surprised for a "lite" phone which alludes to being non flag ship but yet it runs on snap dragon

what gives? there must be something about it that fits the "lite" description
No IP86 rating, mono speaker, only 60hz screen, plastic back (but still metal frame) instead of glass black, no wireless charging, zoom camera is replaced with macro cam, UFS 2.1 transfer speeds instead of 3.0/3.1 which is what flagships use today.

But these are pretty standard sacrifices for mid range or flagship killer phones, so those are not a big deal for me.

wow s10 lite really beats the s20 :s13:

even the s20 ultra is at best on par with the s10 lite :s22:

battery drain also pretty good ....

It's funny how besides the Fold and Z Flip, this is the most powerful samsung phone you can currently buy in SG

IP86 is basically whether the hp is water and dust proof right?

ya i agree these aspects are secondary to me at best

over the weekend i went to try 90 and 120 hz refresh rate phones and its only a tad bit faster than 60 hz ones

It's actually IP68, sorry. :s13: But yes, it means that the hp is dust proof, but only water resistant. No hp is water proof.

I agree with that, I find that high refresh rate phones aren't a big deal yet unlike pc monitors. Cause phones can only use that high fps on the ui, browser and social media apps. But when it comes to gaming where this feature would be the most useful, most games are still locked at 60fps. It'll probably still take some time until game devs start enabling high fps modes on mobile games.

I went down to City Plaza again to looksee the Nord. They got display set now, but must ask for it.

Wanted to check the screen issues. Couldnt see any. But then again, the screen issues only obvious if you test it in the dark & cant really replicate dark room at the shop :s13:

Everything else about the phone is as per the multitude of YT videos. :s12:

Also, is it just me or theres very few videos from Europe regarding Nord screen issues? Majority of the videos from Indiian YT?
