What matters more to me is the camera.

In that aspect, is the Nord worth an upgrade from OP6?

I struggle to say yes.

Yes, the main cams are great and an upgrade. But the other cams are at best good. There's also qute a bit of AI interference in Nord's shots.

I guess given the great main cam and the other cams giving you shot options, theres enough there to justify an upgrade.

But the best cameras are still on the flagships.

thats actually a very legit fear and an equally important criteria to consider when choosing any tech product especially a smart phone

I remember I bought my OP3 from Qoo10 with 1 year warranty, after 9 months, the camera cannot focus. Send item back to seller and it returned after 3 weeks. Was mentally prepared not to receive the phone back

Using OnePlus 6 for close to 2 years now and the battery has started to show its age. Thinking to either replace the battery for $60 or buy a Nord instead.

I am not very concerned on the performance of SD 845 vs 765G as I do not game on my mobile phone. On day-to-day use I don't think there is any perceptible difference between the two. What matters more to me is the camera.

If the camera is super important and you do not need ultrawide, Pixel 4a more or less guarantees picture quality.

Free, but if i remember correctly, i had to pay for the shipping back to HK, the shipping back to me is paid by them

Yeah I did think about it. I like having an ultrawide as it gives a different (and sometimes a more dramatic) perspective of the same shot, although the ultrawide photos out of the Nord is a bit lacking.

Main camera. Not so much of a selfie guy. Also I usually shoot stills and not videos.

On my OP6 I am using the GCam 80 - 90% of the time. The improvements it provides over OP6 stock cam app are huge. I am hoping for the same on Nord.

I don't see much camera comparison between OP6 vs Nord, and I can understand why. Hmm, perhaps I should look for OP6 vs OP8 comparisons, since the camera stack on Nord is similar to the latter.

the export set on q10 seems to be alot cheaper. Correct me if i am wrong but the only difference between buying from place like q10 or official lazada store is that if one buy from local lazada store, the phone will have longer warranty period. Anything else that I missed?

Collect and stack the vouchers. I collected the citi payment voucher 35 off 300, lazada 5 off 40 voucher and OnePlus store voucher 10 off 300. See what's the final price though before I decide..
