i just used 38R and i realise at the processor area just behind the camera is super hot even when running candy crush... anyone suffer sudden rise in temperature or adnormal temperatureq

Go into recovery mode, clear cache. A lot of weird issues can be fixed most of the time by doing that after updating.

Reporting in that OTA 38R is available locally/my phone!

My One is boot unlocked and rooted. Tried to flash unmod 38R zip on TWRP with no success, and decided to wait OTA. Just checked for updates on the phone and voila! It's available!

RAW image format on OnePlus One - YouTube posted a video on a bug with the RAW mode already.

I just flashed mine, direct to 38R from 25R using TWRP. Note the zip file should be ~452MB in size. If it is 200+, that is an incremental that requires 33R to be installed.

I agree with you on this one. My 4g signal bar is frequently low. But I switch the preferred data network to 3g, it becomes full. Not sure if it's due to the network or the new update.

Unfortunately ART will break some of the daily apps and games that I'm using.

If rooted, there's another way to smoothen the experience. Flash the smooth scrolling mod.

So far not facing any lag or severe stutter on my phone.

In 3g, the more signal bars the better it is. 4g is a newer technology network that doesn't need good signal bars to get a good data speed connection.

Vpost can choose to collect at POPstation I paid for mine on 1 Oct and it arrived on the 4th even though projected delivery was 8th-13th. Paid about S$33 for forwarder with full declaration. BUT, see the Cyanogen printing at the back, doesnt mean you're getting the International version also. The back cover is removable. (International OPO also from Chinaland.)

but that would mean the box is already opened, and if that's the case i wouldn't even choose that particular phone

probably 99.999999999% you won't use those frequencies in your entire OPO ownership.

I'm also on M1 and been using my Chinese OPO flashed with CM11S since nearly 3 months ago. LTE no problem for me.

Anyway since you are on CM11S, make sure your APN setting is set to sunsurf or else your data will not work. CM11 roms have an annoying thing where they put M1 (GPRS) as the default APN which is not correct.

Also ensure that LTE (preferred) is set for preferred network type.

Usually no need to set anything special for LTE on stock CM11S for me but if you still cannot get LTE may have to manually set network.

Open dialer and press *#*#4636#*#* then go into phone information and play around with the network type and try.

Sometimes will be H+ sometimes will be LTE depend on coverage ba.
