Just bought one at $407. It says CyanogenMod 11S without google play. So can I just install google play store? Or need to flash? Sorry for the noob question.Thanks in advance

how are you guys buying the oneplus phone from overseas?
getting forwarder (HSG,CGW) to buy for you, or buy it yourself and ship directly to the forwarder?
would it be cheaper to get a local resident to buy and ship to you, and just pay the paypal 6% tax?
