hello , guys i need help .. i not sure why my old 12gb m1 3g only simcard unable to send out message on whatsapp. how i know? cause its always on the clock logo beside the message when i use mobile data. i can normal message, call, surf net with no issue. when i receive the phone on 9jan i did an update to 4.4.4 .. is there something that i miss out ? i also realize that the dl speed was slow or sometime it just drop the connect with googleplay when dling whatsapp. i tried my brother m1 card also same problem. worse is that his is 4g plan but unable to detect lte ��. however my 4g singtel able to detect lte and 3g.. able to send whatsapp message. hope someone got solution here. tried to sell it but everyone low bal the offer .. so if there is any solution i can just use it ��

you using CM11s or any other roms?tried uninstall and reinstall whatsapp? what is your firmware version?

I using the stock one that come with it, you mean i have to flash cm11s in order to use ? im not sure what version it is until i get home >.< i tried reinstall whatsapp , doesnt help. i will get back to you with the firmware version again. thx for the reply

not saying you have to flash CM11s, just trying to find what could be the problem as I have no problem on my China OnePlus one which was flash to CM11 and updated to 44s...

no problem with Singtel...what firmware u running on? rooted non rooted? what do you mean by signal fluctuation? why not ask those who are using international with starhub to see if it is telco issue or phone issue...

I have StarHub + international, all ok bro, but fluctuation meaning not full bars, or no LTE sometimes or?

On Starhub line and alot of areas cannot get LTE or LTE+. Even in Raffles area, also got problem. Was wondering if any additional settings is needed.

But both your sets are rooted ? There should be no difference in rooting right ? as rooting gives you more admin access only... ?

1. My volume no issue. You mean speaker or earphone?

2. Mine shows lightning icon when plugged in. Using battery icon with percentage in icon.

3. Yah battery is a problem. I bochup because I usually plug my phone in during work.

4. Never use priority mode.

I actually couldn't get the OTA to 44S, had to sideload it myself. The OTA to reach 38R was fine.
