wah....2 different vendors at Qoo10 having price war for the phone......both cut their prices to $449 for 16gb and $569 for 64gb. Probably safer to wait another 3-4 days where early buyers should have received their phone and see what reviews they give for the merchants.

Yo guys, I've got an invite for the Oneplus!

What's the best forwarder to use when shipping from the US/HK/TW?

comgateway seems the be the recommended one......otherwise vpost although not too sure if vpost can ship or not.

how about hk instead? is it faster this way?

No idea. Not many of the owners here actually bought the phone through an actual invite so dont think it possible to get direct answers regarding shipping. You might wanna research the malaysia thread in the OPO forum since that is probably the closest thing to answering your questions.

From what i observe on aliexpress, more vendors are also dropping their prices so maybe its a case of overstocking. OPO has stated they will be ramping up production in the next months for the international version of the phone and they are already sending out more invites. So maybe scalpers are starting to dump their stocks at cheaper prices. Well, cant exactly say that consumers benefit since they are still way over-paying to get a china version of the phone but all the more power to those who are willing to spend to circumvent this stupid invite system by OPO.

any hardware difference between OPO from China vs the OPO by invites other than the printing on the back cover, O/S?? LTE for China OPO also okay to use locally?

That 439 vendor is confirm + chop china based seller. The other one is most likely a local seller. According to the local seller, if got issues just contact him n he will help to take back the phone n send to china for repairs. As for the china seller, major communication problems. I message him asking about potential taxes incurred but he cant give me a definite answer. As i said previously, to play safe wait another 3-4 days to see if any of the early buyers actually received the phone from the merchants, but by then maybe the pricing wld be different.

maybe u try n message both the vendors and ask them about gst lor.....if kenna 7% more then really sibei bo hua. I checked with spemall.com n they were willing to help to declare a lower value for the package to avoid taxes but their price for the phone cost about USD460 with express shipping.

Demand is dropping due to alot of models launch or launching soon. Like in China they change target to Nubia Z7 series which they prelaunch already and also waiting for Lenovo K920, Meizu MX4 and Xiaomi Mi3S. And also alot of mint condition sets are been collected back from users and resell as new. So now there is alot of stock.

I also waiting for new models to play now.
