If want hassle free, use Vpost ship to USA. Another USA forwarder you can try is comgateway or their paypal venture Hopshopgo.

No idea about HK forwarding.

i key in vpost US add for billing... no choice...
their billing n shipping is the same.
i think doenst matter... cuz 1+ deduct $ from paypal, paypal deduct from ur sg address..
if 1+ deduct directly from ur sg address... then i think we got problem.
