everytime i kena installation failed when i tried to flash to cm11s. any help?

I sympathize that you have not received your item but ask yourself what other options do u have in getting the phone? Do you have an invite to buy direct from OnePlus? Otherwise do you trust the china sellers on Qoo10? Even so, you wont be able to received the items that fast since it takes at least 4-5 days for them to ship over from china through DHL. If you are in such a rush to get the phone and if kraze has not dispatched the item yet, why not ask for the order to be cancelled. Couple of the guys here are selling their sets.

the point i am making is: as a seller, stick to your dates if you give a date. if you run into a delay, explain the delay to your customer. i find it irresponsible of them to simply tell me it will be shipped on wed and delivered on thurs and when i do a check today, item is still unregistered on TQB. Seller did not contact me either, I had to contact him and he simply said, it has been passed to TQB and will arrive tomorrow with no reason for delay.

mind you, i checked TQB tracking, and it is STILL unregistered. so is my item lost? or seller is not being honest about item being dispatched or is it a TQB issue? As a customer, this is a real reason to be concerned.

this is not about having any other viable option to getting the phone, it is not about how urgent i am to get the phone, it is simply about service level and being trustworthy, pure and simple.

i am sharing my experience with krazegadgets because I have seen many people checking in this thread about buying OPO and citing kraze gadgets as a seller to buy from. i hope the above clarifies my stand.

did you unlock it in the first place?

go to fastboot and type in this command

fastboot oem device-info

note: if buying from westernhouse. shipment take forever. not opo but i ordered mipad. package reached singapore but the delivery courier takes forever to process.

How you install? Did you do the fastboot method? Make sure your PC recognizes your phone drivers in fastboot and adb.

their response is, either seller haven't contact TQB for parcel pick up (which seller claims TQB picked it up this morning)

OR

TQB driver have not scanned the parcel into system for tracking (what happened to following processes and SOPs?)

the other beef is, krazegadgets charges $8 TQB delivery, which I have found on TQB that it is the charge for same day delivery, instead of the other $6 delivery charge. If seller sent today, I should get today but they say I will only receive tmr. So why charge me $8 instead of $6? again, it is a matter of clarity and principles. Charge $8, then provide me the service I have paid for.

Next morning receive tracking no but package also not registered with TQB, few hours later, package out for delivery...

Had to call TQB and ask them to contact the driver to come after 4 as nobody at home..

my status has been unregistered since the seller gave me the tracking number back on 15th july.

best thing is, i got them to send to my office. now i dont know where the item is and when it will reach. if it reaches on sat or sun, im not there. so much trouble.

Well, i dont know what else you can do other than cancel your order and ask for full refund. If the seller has stock in hand, there is no reason for him not to dispatch the item out. Its more than likely a **** up on TQB's part. Well, if eventually they do send the item to you, dont sign for it unless they give a reasonable explanation.

oh yar......westernhouse selling the mipad for 300+....funny thing is that apparently they sold quite a few sets of OPO but so far no reviews posted for it leh....scarly all the sets kenna stuck at customs.
