You got install the incremental update or not? It supposed to fix some audio issues. Anyway no issues on mine. I use Skype super loud on my earpiece.

Easy to self flash mah. Download, hold vol- and power, then just update.

If you coming from stock untouched CM11S, should be no problem flashing the ota zip, provided it's the official stock zip found on the androidpolice site.

Those problems usually happen to those people who changed their CM11S rom by either flashing custom kernel or making some changes to the framework like installing Xposed or some other mods.

If on stock and rooted with TWRP recovery, should also be able to flash the update manually. If cannot work then cannot lor, won't affect anything and no harm trying.

Sounds like BS. I got the incremental update immediately after I booted up after flashing. OTA notification also no issues. I think it really depends if you phone is flashed or something.

i read somewhere that it is fine to root the oneplus and it will not void ur warranty. However, if u root and run applications. eg. setcpu and mad-overclock the cpu and cause a premature burnout within that 1 year, then warranty cannot be claimed.

in conclusion, root is can root, but u just got to make sure that when ur hardware failure occurs, its not because of whatever application that requires root to have caused the failure.
