Hi guys,

I have a blacksand 64GB brand new in box from US. Means it's Cynogenmod originally.
C/w 1x screen protector. Letting it go it SGD 530. COD in south.
Additional $8 you can opt for PU case, or aluminum bumper or gold case.

92789972. Let me know.

Invite I also have but you gotto get friend to ship it in for you. Nearest is HK

This is another great reason to see how his phone suck~ people are letting go this phone~

So how's the phone? Fast? I heard got a lot of bugs. Still deciding should I get this or the nokia lumia 930 :s22:

Well, a lot of bugs may be an overstatement. Anyway ROMs are never bug free on any given phone.

Here are some major issues with the stock CM11S ROM imo, completely unrooted and 2 phone samples:

Critical:
-Random shutdowns - by the time u hit the 3rd day of usage without a reboot, a random shutdown is almost inevitable. Best to reboot everyday. I reboot it twice a day to lower chances of shutdowns while the phone is in use.

Major:
-Battery drains dramatically on 44s over 38r. Used to be able to get 2 days of usage but I can get only 1 day now (achieved with app ops by blocking Google play services wakelocks or it can be a lot worse).

-Certain on screen keys not working, capacitive keys are OK.

Others:
-Clock app FCs
-DIM LED flash

No issues with connectivity though

to be really honest, this phone is really not targeted at users who just want to purchase and use the phone out of the box.(my 2 cents) Running Cyanogen already "staple" the "more technical" tag to the device.
So users shld understand that some bugs around are inevitable.
Even apps have bugs less OS..

I'm actually running stock root and I have not faced any random shut down for the half year i'm using the device. What is the logic to reboot everyday? I only do so when modules updates requires to. My current uptime is 160+ hours.. No idea when the longest was, never cared.

on screen keys not working is largely due to the touchscreen drivers.
i believe it has been rectified..

To those noobs, the pros have spoken~! Random shutdowns are irritating. I used Samsung and LG before never had even one random shutdown unless the connectivity is down due to weak signal from telecoms~!

Dual led flash is another good for nothing flash~! On screen keys are what gave the mod a highlights but they're also good for nothing if they can't work~

Hi. I'm not new to Cyanogenmod. Been using it on various devices and just the experience on the OPO breaks it. Been using it since the S3 days and also used one of the most upvoted budget phones on Amazon (and I'm the top reviewer). Milestone builds, nightlies, used them all.

Never had long standing issues like random reboots that were carried over from build to build, milestone to milestone. Ever. Yes, updates tend to fix something and break something at the same time but I've never experienced anything this bad.

If you'd look at CM's JIRA bug tracker, the issue's been pretty upvoted and rampant on devices of a number of users and tagged with many event logs till date. If it doesn't affect you, doesn't mean it doesn't affect others. XDA, OPO Forums, CM JIRA, you name it, they all have traces of this issue.

Worst of all for mine, it only started random reboots after 44S. On the rebooting point, I never had to do so on 38R fyi.

On the touchscreen, its fixed. No ghost swipes at all.. Its just the on screen AOSP style navigational keys are used, the hold back key to quit app feature is not working at least.

Well clock FCs, happened and can be replicated till I cleared its app data. I use multiple alarms.

On the dim LED flash thing, you won't notice it unless you turn it on, side by side in a dark room with another phone. Say an S4, iPhone 4S. Heck, even the 4S has a brighter flash. On this one, it's a calibration issue with the flash brightness.

Why do I say so? Go into a pitch black room and shoot a photo with flash on auto. You'll notice that the flash is at a certain initial brightness (same brightness level you see on the torch app). Once you hit the capture button, the flash brightens up significantly. You won't think that I'm seeing things if you tested this out.

Also on Jira, didn't receive a lot of attention though.

Well if you want the phone, you could get an import set from China via adix82. You probably also can check if the unit has any yellow tint on the bottom of screen before buying maybe? He also flashes to CM modem and ROM on request if you'd like. Unless he got specific terms of sale after opening the box.

In that way, it isn't like buying lottery with regards to the display QC issue on certain sets.
