Anyone using a headset app with the Xiaomi piston to control tracks? I'm using Jays control app to skip tracks, but too bad we cannot use long press as a control function. :(

Some say it's good, some say it's malware in disguise.

I use SD Maid, paid but at least I know the dev has less motivation to put malware in my phone.

But got 64gb, space really should not be a concern until you hit that last few gigs...

Huh why need handset app?

Just double press the call button for next track and triple press for previous track.

I'm using xiaomi piston with Poweramp la. Dunno whether the app got affect.

Love the pistons because they are wired for volume control for android phones unlike the remaining 95% earphone brands out there that only make volume controls for apple phones.

I use the Google music app with my piston. Double press the call button to skip track worsks, but I've never gotten the triple press to previous track to work :/

Ah....but anyway I changed the function with app to skip track with single click since I do that more often than pausing the music. Double click doesn't always work for me, must be because fingers too slow to double click that small button effectively. :(
