The question is which company got the rom with less bloatware and longer software update support?

Both running the similar OS. ColorOS & OxygenOS are not much different. For software i guess it should be the same for both.

For bloatware it depends on their specific carriers which they brought from

If i remember correctly, oneplus mainly market focusing for US & Europe markets while oppo is mainly focus on Asian markets instead.

But there are still oneplus phone available in SG but the marketing for oppo is way more focused instead of the oneplus models
