Finally got my set from adix.

Will be using it for next few days and compare against 5x and OPT and feedback.

Somehow this photo taken from 5x in low light looks damn good.

I've never been a fan of the company having used the OPO, and the way they handle things, but i got a set, and i'm impressed.

There are some glitches here and there (likely oxygen os bugs), but overall is smooth. I was testing the moto x play before that and this blows the MOto X play's SD615 processor out of the water. i'm not a fan of capacitive buttons still.

Build quality is surprisingly good, not just for it price. It's good, period. The small size is a welcomed change too. Nice little device. :s12:

While waiting for the invite to arrive, mulling whether if it's a up, side or down-grade going to to 1+X from a Moto X 2014

By the way, can anyone who has the phone check if the phone supports 801.x EAP ?

Btw, for the China set from adix, what band does it support? Full support for 3 telcos in Singapore?

Seems to be a downgrade if you are considering it from performance standpoint due to the bug and usage of low end sd801 chip. Many Reviews shows that in real gaming performance, it fairs even worst than 610 chips. Wifi also no support for 5ghz. But if you are buying it for the design then it's a plus for you or if you planning to get it because phone lost, spoil or very old then it's an upgrade.

Performance wise it fairs better than the moto x play with SD615. Not just day to day performance, games too. I played NFS: No limits on both, and the SD615 was sluggish.

I would say it's probably a side step. you do get a bit more RAM, camera should be about there also, performance is about the same too as the moto x 2014.

Erm, China set is h2o rom not oxygen OS.

Can we flash to Oxygen OS International ROM v2.1.2 from China H2O OS? OMG, the white is damn chio, lol OnePlus should offer two colour options for buyers, forget about the limited edition.

Any idea how well hearthstone runs on it? Will you recommend to keen buyers? How the LTE reception for you? It supports all the band?

1) We know china is h2o.
2) That OPX by adix already flashed with oxygen.

Let me wake you up from first world dream...

Using it side by side with 5x which has WiFi ac, I don't find any difference when surfing web, watching YouTube, downloading apps. I even use both to download a big 1gb file and both did almost same time.

As I mentioned before, the network bottleneck is not between your phone and your router. The speed between your router to the destination overseas servers is the bottleneck. Does not mean you have 300mbps speed at home is equal to same to overseas.

Overall, in fact I find the opx more fluid and open apps slightly faster than 5x....wierd but it seems the sd801 has not much throttling compared to sd808/810.

Other than marshmallow which is not obvious when using compared to lollipop, the opx experience to me makes no difference at all compared to 5x.

I will compare the camera and batt life after a few days of usage.

The build quality and size is really a league of it's own. Seldom can find a good phone at good price and good size that runs Android smoothly nowadays.

So far I've been impressed with the performance too. Comparing to the Moto X Play, I'll take SD801 over SD615 any day.

I did see some weird stutter and lag. But I think that's down to software bugs. The phone auto-rebooted once when I was playing NFS: no limits on it. Camera is definitely not its strongest trait though. :/

Also, again, the build quality is quite impressive. Really digging the compact 5" screen and premium build. I've never been a fan of Oneplus becuase of the way they do things, and the OnePlus One I had gave me issues. But I'm kinda digging the OPX
