Onkyo service center

Hello, anyone knows if there is still an Onkyo Service Center here in Singapore? Their service center in Evorich Industrial Building is not contactable anymore and there is no service center listed in Singapore on Onkyo’s website.

Hoping to get my TX-RZ1100, that just started to be acting up, fixed.

I fixed my Onkyo RZ by Hwee Seng last year. Try contacting Hwee Seng to check?

I went to their service center at Everich Industrial Building some years ago, but their number is no longer in service now. Their website is also not loading.

May I know what was the address that you went for the repair?

Thanks for the reply. That’s the same place that I went. I’ll see if they’ll reply my email and FB messenger chat since their phone number is not working. I saw someone left a remark on their Google review that the service center is closed. Hope it is not true.

Alpha Audio is still selling Onkyo AV amps; you may call them to check. Anyway, after the last repair, my Onkyo failed again this year, so I decided to ditch it and go for Denon.

Onkyo went kapoot.. My Onkyo AV amp also went kapoot and I was told by AVOne where I bought it that Onkyo no longer have a service centre. It was a flagship model and I felt so betrayed when I see that Onkyo are still selling AV amps but made no effort to support their longtime supporters. I'm glad to have gone back to Yamaha this time.

Yeah my RZ Av amp was repaired once and developed another fault, I simply decided to throw away and go with Denon.

Wow. I bought my RZ-TX50 from alpha audio in mar 2023.

I also went to repair my old onkyo 818 at the service centre before.
