been using Agoda for all my hotel bookings so far and no issue. Gotten this AgodaVIP status but dunno what is it.

Have been using these OTA for very long time without any problem, Expedia, Agoda, booking.com and hotels.com.
Once I book the wrong date with hotels.com, call up, change the date without any problem, only need to pay the different as weekend more expensive.
