Anyones ever buy stuff from this local online store ?

I can't believe first time see the price althought they are grey market. I was not sure does it was fraud but they dare give office location.

There are many company that hides behind a internet name.
Even if you go to the address and go there to find find out, it is pointless unless you have the company UEN.
I checked SG business registration, there is matching record for names starting with MARCAMERA.

If pay enough "school fees", too good to be true prices do exist.
The price different can be up to $1xxx.

This really only concern you. You will know when it is a fraud or not.
