yes. it's 1 room left of that configuration for that price.
later migh have another room of similar configuration but not exact configuration up for grabs at cheaper or more expensive price.

eg, city view .. (1room left) , sea view (1 room left), garden view(3 rooms left) ... (low floor.. high floor)
