Hi, so i just entered scs and im starting to feel really stressed. I dont have the motivation and i dont want to be a sgt or a commander, sure my ippt is silver and all, indicated interest that i wanted scs back in BMT but the thing is during BMT, i was underweight with a bmi of around 16and still am but somehow managed to pass my FFI and was posted to SCS as a infantry leader and what i know from the courses here requires you to don on heavy load most of the times which adds up to almost more than half my weight and even 3/4 of my weight and i dont think i can sustain throughout found and pro term. During route marches ill get quite dizzy due to the field pack pulling my shoulder back and unable to breathe at most point during marches put still pushed on but suffered recurring lower back pains which i highlighted during BMT but sgts said its normal and i thought so too but the pain just didnt go away till now. I did talk to the encik on day 2 of SCS and i requested to see the MO about my lower back to which he said he will monitor me and "adjust" the load for me which i think its impossible due to SOP. My question is, can i tell him that im not interested in being in SCS + lower back pain and he will OOC me or im stuck here? Im at a lost right now. Is it possible for them to OOC me just for the fact that i dont wish to be a commander + my lower back problem that i experience almost daily?

Firstly learn how to paragraph.

Secondly, the more they know you dislike something, the more they know how to play with you.

yes

yes, if you have genuine back pain, just continue report sick at MO. he will refer you to specialist, and will place you on 84 day LD if you report sick 2 or 3 times out of pain. Your encik cannot deny your reporting sick. It is up to the MO to decide if your visit was warranted.

The specialist will conduct scans and all, so don't go and play play and malinger.

However, you will most likely OOC before you even see the specialist as there is a long wait time.

You do not need to talk to your encik about this. Their main goal is to minimise OOC rate. You just need to talk to the MO. However, it is good to know that your life as a soldier in transit after you OOC will not be very pleasant as you will do a lot of work assigned by the SM. So it will be good if you can maintain good relations with the staff.
