OOC from SCS. Need to Re-course?

Hey guys, need some help with this.

Recently OOC-ed from SCS due to back injuries. Basically annular fissures which causes recurring back pains.

Went to MO, got pulled out of course but injury apparently not serious enough to be warranted a down pes.

May I know:

1. When can I get my next posting?
2. Will I need to recourse after I have recovered? I am excused Heavy Load and Outfield for next 6 months because of my specialist letter.
