Is that old Starhub postpaid SIM card.

You can get a free Starhub postpaid SIM card by these steps;
(1) Call hotline 1633 prompt to Report Lost SIM card - which required subscriber details confirmation.
(2) After reported via hotline, then visit Starhub shop to collect the postpaid SIM card free, especially selected 5 shops with Customer-Service staff.
Nowadays postpaid SIM card come with pre-cut sizes.
Note: Need to transfer contact details.. either via phone or Vcard/backup.

The above both steps are required as you cannot just walk-in to report as they may charge you.
But some shops with Customer-Service staff (not Sales) may even provide free postpaid SIM card without the need to report as case to case, which i did for several times in the past.
For Sales staff i did able to have free postpaid SIM during recontract, sometimes staff provide free or i requested ("demand/persuade").

Do note that these steps do not apply to Starhub Prepaid SIM card, as payable.

Yup it's a Starhub SIM. I guess it's pretty old. Got it cut years ago into it's current micro SIM state.

IIRC Starhub offers lost SIM replacement FOC for the first time. Thanks for the tip.
