Open SAF Powder bottle

How you guys open the powder bottle everytime when you need to refill. How tools did you guys use?
Any good way to open such that it won't damage the bottle?

turn it to open position, then continue turning and pull at the same time.. at least mine is opened this way...

Jacknife, place blade in between the cap and the bottle then pry open

This method worked for me and any for my mates who can't open their bottle.
