i'm working in the finance industry and according to my employer, have to declare my brokerage accounts and my positions before i buy and sell. also, i'm only allowed to trade through certain sg brokers. just wondering if there's any workaround to these restrictions, other than trading using an account under a relative's name?

No, don't do this. If you get caught you're going to get fired on the spot.

On top of all that, if you do this you’re potentially liable for criminal prosecution and/or asset forfeiture in certain jurisdictions.

Bad idea!

It's already good that they still allow u to trade through certain sg brokers, why u don't want that considering the commission rates across them are quite similar anyway. Some companies don't even allow their employees to trade at all.

I think he doesn’t want to deal with the hassle of declaration and getting approval. As most have pointed out, TS can trade already quite good.
