Opinion on rig spec

Building a rig for video editing purpose. Need opinion and how much can I get this parts. Gonna overclock it also.
CPU:i7-3770K
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ASRock Z77 Extreme4
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Storage: Adata sp900 128gb
Storage: Wd 1TB black
Video Card: MSI HD7970 Power edition
Power Supply: Seasonic 620W
Case: Fractal design R4(for silent)

i'd get plextor m5p for ssd instead

marvel controller over sandforce controller anyday

Perhaps get a bigger SSD? Samsung 840 Pro 256GB?

video editing: which software? afaik, Adobe prefers Nvidia over ATI... not sure about other software...

for video editing purposes, I would recommend as many cores + threads as possible... maybe look at SB-E/IB-E?

Using sony vegas pro....I know as many core and thread as possible is better but getting lga 2011 chipset and mobo abit out of budget
