You can quote them all from pc theme. Even ask them to build also okay. But I believe it is slightly over 2k since you included monitor and windows as well.

with this kind of pricing, i rather he drop the ram, and psu just for more SSD space.

ram can just find those 2133/2400Mhz.
psu get superflower ledex 550w sliver.

change the gpu to other cheaper brand like palit or zotac.

HDD go for cheaper 1 can liao.. $65 can get
if can use wired internet, then no need wifi adapter

Where you can get the 550$?
Gigabyte g1 is better or the zotac, i heard from some forum* i dont remember, zotac isnt good enough?
The Monitor, Dell aint got IPS Panel isnt it ?

Well yes they do. But 1st time builders, would reco them yo stay clear from them.

Would go for palit if you worry zotac gpu cooling. The cooling performance is about there and a lot cheaper too.
