i realise on android phones any os update = camera quality go downhill.

I discovered there're 4 'coupons' to redeem for free screen protector replacement in the MyOppo app. Is that what you're referring to?

Idk how I'm a 'Diamond' level under membership lol. Guess that's the two free replacement per year policy aye?

its not based on feel. i have tested on below phones already

p30 pro
vivo x80 pro
oppo find n3
vivo x fold 5 (luckily i managed to roll back from origin 6 to funtouch 15 with service center quickly).

( i can't show anymore examples cos my above older phones all sold off liao)

even my latest trip to china, i was there to play with vivo x300 ultra and oppo stall.
the local china employees also tells me that android phones tend to degrade your camera quality when you update the os.

even the vivo staff was using his vivo x200 ultra and he said on day 1 the camera damn tokgong, after that he felt like the camera went downhill the more he updates the os patches.

I believe when you link your n6 you get 2699 points and diamond. 4 screen replacement total. Advertisement only show front screen. Idk inner count as 1 or not. When you scroll around the my Oppo app you can find the 4/4 screen replacements somewhere.

Need to log into your OPPO account via the my OPPO app

Basically it means you can get up to 4 screen protector replacements

But I can't remember does it mean 4 inner or 4 outer or kid and match etc?

i'm not sure if you have affix any tempered glass protector on your camera lens?

This is true.. the fw update dunno issit based on those feedbacks from users on the community or making sure the pic quality won't be better than newer products lol... Btw got rumours vivo fold 6 got teleconverter kit sia.. waiting for real launch..

to be honest, i'm quite surprised based on what i google.

coming from iphone.. it usually gets better.. but not worse.

but anyway i don't really take photos.. maybe 1 month can use fingers and count lol

Opposite experience for me. Back when I had pixel 9 pro XL, the updates actually improved the camera especially when it came to low light. my previous find x9 pro also saw some slight improvements during the first few updates.

Camera is always preference ba. Some like some don't. For me I always update, value additional and newer features more

i hopped from N3 to xf5 due to the camera cos i do take alot of photos and video of my child.

in terms of multitasking i still prefer the oppo boundless view and now N6 got free form resizble app windows(i find this way cooler).

vxf5 atomic workbench ok but i felt alot of "wasted" space and not optimized if you take a look at the unused empty space just to display the background wall paper.

waiting to see what xf6 can do , but base on current leaks seems like nothing much just 200MP camera + 7k mah battery. need to see what else it can offer if not skip and wait to see what N7 can offer liao.

can't say since much since i didnt use any google phones before. but base on huawei/oppo/vivo all got camera degradation quite a turn off for me.

but good to know that in your case the photos quality improved after patches.
