Considering how much I got the X9 Pro preorder which was around 1000+ compared to this year price, it's no surprise honestly. I pity those in India though, their price are just staggering

China people (most of my china friends) will buy global version if they staying overseas because the china variant has more system data collection than the global version. China variant will take screenshot of your activity and other misc datas and send to the china servers. Global variants do not have this due to regional regulations.

Yup those wanna move their money and stuff overseas and out of china de definitely lol.. I meant those who using and residing in China.. easier to use china rom sets..

Turns out it was a new hire on the floor, but honestly, no excuses—that kind of attitude is unacceptable no matter how new someone is. The retail manager has stepped in directly, and proper customer service retraining is being conducted internally so this doesn't happen again. Really appreciate you calling it out.

genz usually dont dare to give attitude unless they old bird

they would at most pester, but not the " tsk " attitude,


if knowing the age, might give better overview how to manage in the future .

Happily made my way to Suntec Store to see the demo as I haven’t seen or play with it yet. Reached the store, immediately the sales person stand next to you without saying anything, looking at you trying the phone throughout. As you are trying the phone, he do the “zek zek” sound. After telling him thank you, he give me the “stare” and returned to his counter to use his phone. I don’t know about the camera or other technical prowess about the X10 series, but I can tell you, it’s definitely a “new low” for customer service from Oppo. Always without fail, sure kena 臭脸 or attitude from this store. Boycotting this store. @OPPOWINS very disappointing service, I don’t expect top notch service, but cmon, you display the phones in store for customers to play and try, at least respect your customers la. Everytime I’m at this store, service getting worse.

Like I said, I don’t expect top notch service , I only want basic respect. You give basic human respect, I support you. No problem. No respect, don’t need to say anything. I’m paying customer leh, no reason for me to put up with this nonsense. if my mood was bad enough today, I’ll fk him on the spot already.

It was the same at Apple, kena 1 废物 salesperson, want to put me up with his nonsense. I straight away ask to speak to manager liao.

I know what I want and I usually collect and go. No need any service. If need service, I’ll just find my friend or the friendly salesperson I always buy from. They got so many ppl in Apple Store, most are ok with service, just not knowledgeable enough.

Precisely, never did I said anything or make things hard for the salesperson, taking my personal time, happily went down to try. my presence at the store alone, simply to try the newly released phones feels like an irritation to him. He dashed over just to stand beside me and watch me throughout when I was trying the phone, no words was exchanged somemore so you can feel the awkwardness and how uncomfortable the experience was, lol.

2nd hand x9u, because decided that i need the better tele lens from x9u and my find n6 for reading

though , honestly, after molesting x10pM, i would honestly go for it if the camera system is better.

bought 2nd hand la, dey, but the previous owner looking for x9pro apparently, the x10 looks like kids toy, which i admit, too fruity.

too bad , oppo could have gone with slightly similar specs for the camera for x10pM, and with the price hikes, doubt people will be willing to part with 1.6k for those kind of modest specs
