Personally, felt it was a missed opportunity for Oppo to engage the singapore users, since launch was in singapore.

They hinted at possible invites for fans, but it didn't materialise in the end. They explained that the capacity was full.

Hope pricing will be competitive. So many alternatives out there

1080p.. I guess the 2k screen really drain battery life. It's really not applicable to smartphone.

So sony, apple might prove to be correct in their decision to stay with the current screen tech.

As for Samsung, it's using fast charge as a solution.. Whether it's a good solution, the next note will tell us.

Right now, the rotating camera doesn't garner much interest. The flop of Oppo n1 mini is the answer to Oppo rotating camera is way way outdated.

I would stick with 1080p too and bump up the other specs like processor, gpu and ram. Battery life > 2k display.

Well they're available for pre-order now at least at the Oppo store in Suntec. At S$849 with a S$50 deposit, you get the O-Click2 + some protective case stuff, nothing special. (Thought the O-CLick was to be in-box included anyway....)

The staff are typically blur (real or instructed) about the availability date. Those of us who left email addresses for "show interest purposes" seem to have been overlooked....I at least never received any notifications.
