Oppo R11s Bluetooth problem

I am using oppo r11s, it is a 4 year old phone, but in the past few months, it took at least 20 mins to turn the Bluetooth on. I went to cs of oppo and the guy said it was due to trace together app. He asked me to back up my phone and go back. Anyone got the same issue?
After I turn off this afternoon, the Bluetooth can't turn back on now! I wonder is it really the TT app?

Nope. The Bluetooth problem have been around for quite sometime already. I once stood half an hour outside a stall cause my Bluetooth won't turn on and I can't use my TT app

Thanks for your reply geekroute, so the Bluetooth problem applies to all, or most of the oppo models, no matter new or old phone?

No idea. It's likely a software issue as I didn't have this problem before. I'm using the same r11s. Have you tried asking if OPPO has a software update for our phone? Cause the phone still runs on Android 7.1.1

HI, I am also using r11s, I went to the svc centre, cs said due to old Android, can't update anymore. My Bluetooth can't even turn it back on now. Anyway, plan to buy a new phone cause battery also die very fast now.
