Hi, does anyone have the Oppo Watch X3 and use it to track strength workouts? I currently use a Garmin Forerunner 965 that I want to switch from, and I find it too advanced for my needs. I mainly do morning walks, count steps, indoor cycling and weights training. All pretty casual. What's important for me are sleep tracking and HRV tracking (I find this a good indicator of stress and illness so I like to monitor this). For most of my activities tracking heart rate, duration, steps, heart zone and calories burnt are good enough for me. However one thing I really like with my Garmin is how it tracks my strength training. I can log the exact exercise I'm doing (bench press, dumbbell row, goblet squat, etc), number of sets and reps and log each workout accordingly. The workout even gives me a nice diagram at the end showing primary and secondary muscles trained during the workout based on the exercises logged. Is the Oppo Watch X3 able to do this and all the other stuff I mentioned that I need?
As someone who runs a lot, think Garmin is still top tier imho. But one of my friend use Oppo X3 and he said that it's good cz he's engaged in outdoor activities a lot like hiking/ swimming.Hi, does anyone have the Oppo Watch X3 and use it to track strength workouts? The X3 builds on the excellence of the X2,
I would say the X3 is primarily a hardware and design update over watch functionality in the OS, albeit there still are positive changes.
While we're still assessing the X3, perhaps our previous review of the X2 might help answer the usability aspects?
