Ops Manning Question

Hi guys, I need some advice on an issue I have.

I have an ops manning coming up on the last two weeks of August (17th to 31st). However, I am going overseas from 15th August, and return to Singapore on 17th August 12.30am. Would I be charged because I returned 30 mins into 17th August; the first day of my manning? It is a Friday, so I doubt I would be activated on that day.

Please advise.

if i remember correctly, you can inform your unit prior to the flight that you will be oversea, so no need to return back to camp

ops manning = unknown date
your flight = known date

So I have to notify them. I was thinking if there is a need to, since I am returning just 30 mins into the first day of the manning. Moreover, it is a Friday, so there most likley won't be a manning on that day.
