ORD quiz

due to ORD at the end of this year and completed my ORD quiz in august before the update to the portal. When i went to the portal to check today, they state that i have not taken any of the quiz in the report. However, there is a statement on the MyORD page that says "Hi, You have completed the quiz on 10/08/2014" though . does anyone of you face similar problem?

contact ns portal. probably system issue.

Yea I did. They asked me show it to the unit officer. Don't want to spend two hours doing it again. No options for me to re do the quiz anw
