From now till just before Japan's national holiday on the 23rd Nov, would you say it's "super crowded" with tourists ?

Example, 11th ~ 20th Nov ?

What's this period known as? I might need to postpone my USJ trip to a week later.

Because of the autumn scenery, many tourists flock to the area during November. There's also a public holiday in Japan on the 23rd Nov, locals+tourist = super crowded.

Yup I can tell you now on the trains. Even 9am-10am & 4pm-5pm period... it is packed on jr lines.

Some key transiting trains... non peak hours also packed.

If you want lesser tourists and crowd, you can consider May after Golden week period is over. Went to Disneyland on a weekday and it almost feels having the park to yourself. You can get on the rides that you want within 30mins or less. Weather was nice and cool.
