worth going or not is very subjective and depends on personal interest.
a) shinsekai i feel nothing much. just shops and eateries.
ferris wheel u can go to the tempozan near aquarium if u are into ferris wheel

b) worth going if u like aquarium. can see whale shark. much better than sentosa one.

c) if u dun have chance to see any other japanese castle, then i think it is worth a visit. or u can make a trip to himeji castle which is much better
