Does overclocking monitors void the warranty? I mean can the manufacturer detect whether overclocking is done or not to void the warranty? I'm thinking of overclocking my monitor.

I got my U2713HM today. Overclocked it to 90Hz from 60Hz. So far so good but I'm afraid Dell will void my warranty. Should I revert back to 60Hz?

You can try reduce to 75hz.. But honestly speaking, the pcb isnt designed to display anything over 60hz. You are stressing it. To play safe, it is best to revert back to 60hz.

I think so too. 60Hz should be more than enough for casual gaming right? Thanks :)
