Overseas during Mob Manning

I accidentally booked for an overseas trip after the mob manning notification during my upcoming manning period. I tried to apply for deferment. Understandably, my application was rejected.

If I do get activated while I'm overseas, I understand that I will be charged. What's the likely punishment for this?

this is a case of where you just gotta suck it up and own your mistake.

Be it sacrifice your trip / pay for cost of changing it / subjected to the penalties you are dealt with.

The issue is not activated or not
The issue is he not supposed to be overseas during mob manning period, if he did not apply for deferment

If suay suay the HQ do a random check, and found out he not in sg, although not activated, he will kanna also

I'm not 100% sure but I think I should be okay if my unit doesn't get activated.

My overseas trip covers two weekends, I'm probably going to cut it short so that I'll be around on 1 weekend at least.

even if not activated, the branch can do a check if all of you are in Singapore (by checking immigration)
when they check, and you didnt get deferment approved, and you are not in Singapore, whats ur explanation?

Activated or not, you will get a stern warning letter for first timer and possibility even charged.
