overseas ict notification?

Is it true the call up will state 'overseas ict' or it will just state 'high key'?

Usually, would you know in advance from your unit, if your upcoming ict is overseas?

Just high key. Why overseas? Atec ah? Of course you will know in advance. But ict mostly the atec is in sg lah...

Depending on what the clerk type in the system, so you cannot assume based on the wording.

If unsure, just call your unit and ask

Usually if overseas, they will give you extra instructions in advance
