Have u used the original oxygenOS? If yes, u will get why we say that

Tbh i can overlook it being more ColorOS-y, but the biggest issue for me is the instability of upgrading from oos11 to oos12 when i was on 9 Pro, and heard it also happened on 8 series as well. So now i abit skeptical about my oos12.1 10pro which is currently stable, to exhibit the same issues upgrading to 13.

Still on my 8T with android 11. Those issue on the android 12 are so bad I didn't even want to upgrade to. A visit for the oneplus forums shows how bad it is

the "only" redeeming factor of OOS12 is activating proper 5G support for SG telco nia, other than that its buggy AF

True. From 11 to 12 some quirks here and there; Lock screen not responding being one of the major. 11 was much more stable. Rock steady. Also like the side bar where can launch apps. The private space also much easier to use in 11.

Hope the "Improves stability of mobile network connections" solve the 5G issue.
