stablizing manager got about 18% of float to tahan for 1 month.

Is it most of the time sure have stabilizing manager to support the IPO price for few days? For those who want to sell within the few days, worst case is lose the $2 application fee and sell commission?

Good news!
[SINGAPORE] Suppliers of offshore oilfield services in Singapore, the seat of Southeast Asia's energy industry, are opening up to mergers and equity buy-ins as smaller players struggle to find the capital and scale to compete with the big boys.

Malaysia and Indonesia, the top oil and gas producing nations in the region, are planning to spend billions of dollars to unlock virgin reserves trapped in remote deepwater locations and boost extraction rates at existing but aging fields.

That promises more business for top offshore oilfield services firms like PACC Offshore Services Holdings and Swire Pacific Offshore, a unit of Hong Kong conglomerate Swire Pacific. But that does not mean more business for the smaller players, which have been clubbed by rising costs and keen competition in an overcrowded market.

People in the industry say the smaller players, which typically operate 20 to 30 offshore support vessels (OSVs), are not as cost-efficient as the big boys.

This counter no good. It ask for shareholder investment not to grow, but to repay debt to OCBC, DBS. Its not even an investment for this counter from my view. Its a rights issue lor..
Investment is where the company is growing and not ask for money to repay debt, even though the flow of money in the same direction.
This is clearly a rights issude disguised as share issue.

Lol interesting way of putting in. Listed companies so rights issue at price below market value. PACC does 'rights issue' above market value

I am relooking at POSH now that it has gone done to quite a low price. Will it go down further or move up again?

Looks like trending upwards after hitting the bottom.
Marine industry stock seems to be picking up the pieces.
