How long have you used gush paint? Did any mold appear after using gush paint?

What is the meaning of cross ventilation? Bedroom door always closed and only open windows can it be cross ventilation?

I have engaged the painter to come in end Nov... so won’t know until it’s all done.

Cross ventilation meaning having a passage for air to pass through. So having only the windows open does not count. Having an air circulator like vornado also helps move the air around the house.

Hihi.. was looking up at mould issues at ceilings before i come across this post. Am so glad to see someone facing the same issue as me! I actually had booklice infestation (i mistook them for bed bugs initially) and engaged pest controller to help me months ago. The pest controller told me this happen because it’s too humid in my rooms and i did not ventilate my two unoccupied rooms therefore mould appeared. After he helped to treat my whole house, he told me I shouldn’t be seeing the booklices not till 3yrs later but somehow, i saw them reappear few days back.
i guess I’m too late to engage in this thread as i have to quickly solve the mould issues on my ceilings before i rent out both rooms next month.
I’m going to paint my rooms ceilings tomorrow and I don’t know if the mould will come back again. 😓

Hi, I also have a increasingly bad mold situation in my resale flat, renovated and moved in early 2016. Decided to repaint in Nov as all my efforts to scrub and repaint did not stop the mold from coming back.
Not sure if fellow forumers have heard of Gush paint company. Decided to try them as I have 2 young kids and wanted something that is odorless, zero VOC and anti mold.
I was told that the only way to stop mold is to have plenty of cross ventilation, sunlight if your space allows for it. Difficult as no one is usually at home. And the AC unit lowers the humidity but tends to cause condensation on the walls that are not cooled, I.e the adjacent rooms.
I emphasize with your struggles with mold! ))::
Are you happy with the Gush paint ?
I'm considering getting that.
I've been using Nippon Odourless.. so expensive. $100 for 5 L
