Now all the “experts” come out and bash PLTR. Haha. I invested in PLTR first coz of Alex Karp’s hair to be honest.
Haha share price drop comes out bash liao, nothing new at the stock market in all these years.

On one hand, I already came across PLTR way before it was listed at years ago. When it was announced to be listed at the exchange, I wanted to own its share at back then and was waiting how it went and managed to snap up at $9+(full position at $10 due to TA) while reading up more about the founders and the corporation at the LinkedIn. I offloaded at close to $40 cause of excessive valuation due to hype from Reddit. Investors were initially worried that PLTR relies too much of Gotham instead of Foundry which the latter is the main growth driver currently; hence the slow down on the growth rate in recent is due to government side. Foundry is at the beginning of the business cycle which was like Tesla during its early days, so any mishap on the execution of Foundry is more or less game over. (Tesla is anytime better than PLTR because the latter is B2B which is the main weakness.)

If one can look into its financial in term of P/L based on its cash flow and operating margin, it's getting way a lot better compared to back then with reduction of SBC.

whoa now really $14 already. $10 is soon to come.
PLTR is high risk, high return stocks.
Suggest to only have a small portion allocated to your portfolio.
it’s only 1 to 2% of my portfolio.
If i lose it all, I’m only down 1 to 2%
if it runs up x5 or x10 then I’m cool as well.
No fomo.

Regret buying this, even more regret suggesting my wife to buy this.
Heng she never listen to me when I suggest her to all-in, otherwise my guilt would be even bigger

Volatility sticks around
The rocky start to 2022 is continuing into earnings season as a jump in Treasury yields continues to unnerve investors. The 10-year Treasury yield climbed 6 basis points overnight to 1.83%, a level last seen two years ago, before the first U.S. COVID-19 case was recorded in Jan. 2020. Fears of tighter monetary policy (and the Fed's fight against inflation) have already dragged the S&P 500 and Nasdaq down 2.2% and 4.8%, respectively, in the first two weeks of the year, and futures linked to the indexes fell another 1.3% and 1.9% overnight.

Analyst commentary: "It will be interesting to see if investors are tempted back in now that earnings season is underway," said Craig Erlam, senior market analyst at Oanda. "The emergence of Omicron may mean that many companies don't enjoy the kind of performance that was expected before, but that doesn’t mean there won’t be plenty of positives to take away."
Outlook: More volatility could be in store based on real rates, or bond yields that have been adjusted for inflation. Those have been stuck in negative territory since the pandemic, meaning investors aren't expecting the upcoming moves from the Fed to make much of a dent on the current inflation landscape. The potential for a market repricing could weigh on sentiment, but that could also mean central bank policy could remain somewhat accommodative in the foreseeable future.
