Palit GPU warranty sticker

So i bought a used palit gpu online, when i got it, the sticker On the screws for warranty was slightly torn/damaged but still able to be seen properly. However, I think that this means that the warranty would be voided?

If there is any sign of tampering with the heatsink, i.e. removal, then likely the warranty will be void. One of the reasons why I don't quite like to get Palit graphic cards. If you are not getting the Super Jetstream or Gamerock series, the cooling solution on the budget offerings are quite poor and you do not have the option to install 3rd party coolers. There are quite a number of distro that slap a warranty sticker, and not just for Palit.
