1. All charms sold are 100% authentic and purchased from local U.S. PANDORA retailer.
2. Charm designs are subject to stock availability.
3. Payment must be made within 48 hours upon receipt of Order Confirmation (this will be sent out once your order has been received).
4. All transactions are non-refundable, unless charm design becomes out of stock.
5. Charm designs are exchangeable provided order has not been shipped out from U.S.
