I am in dilemma, whether to get the Panerai 250 or the 356 model.

Considering Factors for 250
  • More sporty
  • Complicated look which is what I kind of like

Considering Factors for 356
  • Easier to get since its newer
  • More classic and I guess more suitable with all occasion

What do you guys think?

Neither. Panerai with such messy dials shouldn't even be sold. One of panerai's attractiveness is that it look rugged and easily tell time with big simple dial.

Pam 359 is a nice and simple Panerai, if willing to spend a bit more, get those 8 days panerai like 524.

to me they are quite similar except clearly for the colour scheme. but i'd like to hear your opinion and preference.

vintage lume took some time to take off but now its just getting fashionable with omega sm300 recently and a spate of all other watches ... how long this lasts no one knows, but i think it will become mainstream

disagree that all pams should have a simple look. brands evolve along the way - there is the historic series, this is the modern series. otherwise we will all be limited to wearing watches from 1930's lol.

most importantly, your money - buy what you like.

Any pam is a good choice, just choose what you like.
