Im sorry but the team that lost Aljunied is A+++ team with a popular Foreign Minister, a not-so popular Minister (but still the first woman minister), a SOM, a potential new leader and another woman.

this time they send in 4 newbies!! i dont even know any of them. and the old sacrificial lamb guard is not even a parliamentary secretary or MOS (aka junior minister)!

they gave up before fighting. it this what we want in our future leaders?

kiasee and unable to take risks?

do we still want people to see sinkies as like that? the future leaders should help to change that negative image but themselves are doing it.

very likely they expect to lose the GRC and these team members can be 'expandable'

anyone who do sales will know ... if customers has a preferred brand and you go in with a more expensive brand, you'll likely to lose that sales and you know u stand no chance against a better option

and in politics, the main team might have their internal politics and deliberately group these 'non-khakis' to the losing team and have them kick out ... lose also win

yah, a real leader is willing to come out of their comfort zone and fight for their people.

a real leader should also be willing to take challenges and accept when lost. im sure if the leader come out to contest Aljunied, lots of other MPs will be willing to follow.
