What you guys think of the 3bed compact unit? My partner and I are planning to get married next year and maybe have kids 3 years down. So won’t need so much space yet but feel 2 beds abit too small. Both of us work in the city.

We also feel that we want to ride the “new launch curve” and exit possibly 5-7 years after TOP. Probably get a bigger condo by then nearer to our future kid’s school, St Hilda’s primary as both of us are alumni.

St Hilda pri is in Tamp, nearest condo there are tapestry, alps residence, etc. That's quite far from Eunos?

It depends on what are you looking for.
Personally I feel the location is not that great - why ?

There are not many childcares around the area. The area is traffic congested, if you plan to have kids can be very troublesome if you need to send / pick them from childcare. The nearest childcare is across the road, can you imagine so many cars every morning, is it safe for your kids ?

Exit plan is okay because its near MRT, anything near MRT i feel can easily escape in the future, but i think you should plan more towards convenience for your family.

That’s in future haha. Maybe 8-10 years later. Probably around tanah merah? Not sure yet. But that’s the future plan.

Good points, including those in your PM. We like it cause it’s around 25-30mins to our office from doorstep. We wouldn’t want to stretch our budget hence not looking at places like park place even though we love it.

Although future kids are definitely a consideration, I wouldn’t say they are our priority currently as they will most likely be out 3 years~ later? And our parents agreed to help take care as well. That’s why probably need a 3 bed.

Recently backside itchy and visited many SF like affinity, gardens, Parc Esta, Parc komo, jovelle to get some inspiration for some ID designs for my condos.
Noticed most of the SF are empty except Parc Esta still bustling with pple.

I Guess there’s reason why Parc Esta is popular and appeal to many buyers for some reasons.

In terms of location for D14, below are my rank order in terms of locality:

1) PPR
2) Parc Esta
3) SUO/Antares
4) urban treasure

Just my 2cents

Anyway PPR is sold out quite sometime ago.
PE is around 76% sold and judging from the ongoing crowd, I believe it should sell close to 100% by TOP.

Not sure if u are referring to the building near the cross junction, if yes, it’s Eunos Polyclinic slated time be operational this year.

From what I know, there should be no nearby condos near PE vicinity. The nearest is probably PPR which is one mrt stop away.
