It seems like most of the agents are not marketing this EC. Didn't see it on a lot of websites. Is that the reason why the sales for this EC is so bad?
I share the same sentiment. Not sure if it's due to history between FCL and agencies or too much control from FCL. Didn't bother much as it's really buyer issue.

Just feel that FCL is more focused these years with a few projects running at the same time, unlike CDL or QJ. Partnership with Keong Hong has been quite some time

Think the ec will sell out eventually. Look at woodlands ec. Not near mrt but still now all almost sold

So have you decided? Doubt the west sun can be blocked

Anyway, drove past PL that day and saw building the Latern Pavilion Spa. And building the main swimming pool. Some units have the glass doors to the balconies up already.

Yup, I got high floor at stack 01 :)
How about u? Still considering?

Agreed. Parc life located at very convenience location.
Walking distance to Sembawang MRT, Sun Plaza, CC, coffee shop, school ... somemore can take shuttle bus to SSC and Yishun, I heard the agent said this shuttle bus is provided by SSC and it is permanent service :)
I have compared others EC in Northside, my final choice still Parc life :)

That one also took a while to hit 100% sold out. It is able to sell because it is the only EC left without needing to pay the resale levy or else also will also very hard to sell...

Good to know! I find it hard to advise others on what unit to purchase especially if we are going to see one another in the future.

Ya, got a low floor unit in stack 19 on launch day.

Recently, I went to the Prive EC in Punggol during rain. Surprised to find the basement carpark dry and well-lit. Not bad for a almost 4 year old project. Hope Parc Life has such good design.

Read about the security access in other threads. Does PL have security access in basement and level 1 as well?

Yes. Read that there are proximity card access system to basement lift lobbies, 1st floor lift lobbies and side gates.

To be fair, there are 3 ec clustered in that location that were released at the same time. Hence the lack of take up in the project in my opinion.

But main selling point is no resale levy and now already top so can get keys almost immediately

Just book a unit facing the big patch of jungle at the side of sembawang Ave, hope that area will not have any development within 10 years!

Congrats! Quite sure for 5 years but not so sure for more than 8 years. At least 7 years of unblocked view

Actually I really like veranda but my fengshui teacher advise me this unit had 回风杀,hence must close down the door in kitchen, which doesn't make sense for this design. But never la saw this view at stack 38-39, quite like the greenery there.

Is the fire engine access considered a side gate?

Can still remedy for the fengshui. It's modern design concept, so pros and cons. Worse if it's in the bedrooms
Remedy for which part? Kitchen ops master bedroom?

Would like to know how to resolve, my fengshui master told me that must shut off one door
😨😨😨
As a disclaimer, I'm not fengshui master.

Search online, you can find some solutions like hanging crystals or use wooden door. But really depends on which schools of fengshui. Think the outer environment is more important. If it's the kitchen or restroom, impact is not as great as bedroom, living and dining room. There're remedies for most stuff otherwise the masters will be out of jobs. There's no perfect home. Even the fortune changes over time. My two cents' worth

Yes. According to my agent, need access card to access basement lobby, level 1 entrance and lift.
