hello may i know what is a gen set that is near block 41?

is it a backup power generator? is it noisy or any health hazard like radiation?

You don't have to worry about it, it's a backup generator connected to the substation near block 10, it will only be turned on every once in a while to keep the engine in working condition and for maintenance purpose; the use for the generator is in case of power shortage, which is quite rare here in Singapore.

I've noticed that they are still doing some repair painting, and some other repair works(installing tactile paving) before the BCA inspection to release the TOP. They also stopped sales so I believe the TOP should be by the end of this month.

If u are certain, u can just go ROM to take cert. take 2 months to process. The official and customary thing can do later.

Time = Opportunity cost.

Imagine if you can buy now and sell immediately after 5 years MOP?

Compared to someone who has to wait for the building construction (3 years) +MOP (5 years)= 8 years then sell.


Even for HDB, the sales of balance units cost more than the BTO (same building, same area)

Many latecomers paid 5-10% more like in Punggol Waterbay or any other sold out projects recently.
The problems when many intend to rent out or sell in the same condo & you are disadvantaged.

Basically Parc Life is nearer to mrt than Northwave and Signature. You have to ask whether you will be driving or taking mrt most of the time.

Parc Life and Signature is selling at around the same price of $830 psf while Northwave is selling at $793 psf. Northwave and Parc Life EC is only around 1km apart.
