It used to be where the well-liked old hougang market was situated.

Thus it should be under hougang SMC.

I got the e-broschure, pm me if you want to look at the floor plan.
Looks ok, but dont know whats the balance units like.

But this is one of the bigger condos with 1.4k sqft 4 bedders..

I got the brochure book thingy when i went to view.

4bedders are fully sold.

Left 3 bedders only.

from ura website looks like abt 100+ units left over.

Just curious, what's the price for the 3bdr and 4bdr at PV?

3br is just above 1000 sqft.
4br goes all the way to 1300 and slightly more.
IIRC its about 750-800, have to call agent to verify.

wha u come here promote PV, i come promote BH !! lol

walk 15 mins to Hougang MRT lo. I tried walking... it was like in the middle of Kovan and Hougang. No car die.
